Apprenticeships Learn from the Bros.
Are you interested in a career working with cars? Instead of paying a tech school to teach you, let us pay you to learn.

Who can apply?
If you’re over the age of 15, our Apprenticeship Program is open to you. You don’t need any prior knowledge of cars or tools to get started. What you do need is a hunger to learn. As we consider hiring someone into our Apprenticeship Program, we look for three main qualities: a desire to grow as a person, a basic ability to understand how machines work, and the capacity for self-reflection.
Success Stories
In high school, I knew I was leaning towards a trade, but I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do.
I started my apprenticeship here while I was still in school. At first, I was just prepping parts, cleaning up, learning a little here and there. As I got to see the different aspects of the shop and what interested me, I moved into painting. Now, nine years later, I’m managing the Ephrata shop.

Here’s why an apprenticeship might be a better choice than a tech school.
We started our Apprenticeship Program because we found that students graduating from tech schools weren’t being trained on the latest tools and technology. These days, the industry takes new leaps with each new model year—and most tech schools can’t keep up.
But as a business, we must be able to work with all the latest electronics systems and paint formulations. And we need team members who can, too. As an apprentice, you’ll have the chance to gain first-hand experience with models from the last few years. That’s an opportunity you just won’t get in most tech school classrooms.
Oh, one other reason. When you’re an apprentice, you don’t pay us tuition. We pay you, by the hour.
